- By placing an order, you agree to our terms, including this shopping policy, return policy, and warranty.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized purchases.
Payment
- Triflex accepts major payment methods including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.
- All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping rates:
- Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders $74 or less incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
- Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Triflex is not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.
International Orders
- Triflex ships to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
- Delivery times may vary for international orders.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
