Ordering

  • By placing an order, you agree to our terms, including this shopping policy, return policy, and warranty.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized purchases.
Payment
  • Triflex accepts major payment methods including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal.
  • All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping rates:
    • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • Orders $74 or less incur a flat shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Triflex is not responsible for delays due to the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s website.
International Orders
  • Triflex ships to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.
  • Delivery times may vary for international orders.
Cancellations & Changes
  • Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
