Refund policy

Warranty

Triflex paddles come with a 6-month warranty from the original purchase date. This covers defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase from Triflex or an authorized distributor is required.
  • The paddle must have been in new condition at the time of purchase.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or hitting objects other than the ball (nets, fences, ground, other paddles) is not covered.
  • Normal wear and tear, including worn grips, ball marks, or changes in spin over time, is not covered.
  • Triflex reserves the right to determine if a paddle qualifies for warranty and whether a replacement is appropriate.
  • Warranty replacements will be provided as an equivalent paddle or part; defective products will not be refunded.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs to return a paddle for evaluation.
  • A completed warranty form must be included with your paddle.

Returns

Triflex accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.

  • Paddles must be purchased through Triflexpickleball.com to be eligible.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Paddles must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging. The handle wrap must remain intact.
  • Any paddle that has been used to hit balls, scuffed, or otherwise damaged will be considered used.
  • Lightly used paddles may incur a 20% restocking fee. Heavily used or damaged paddles are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed after the paddle is received and evaluated.
  • A completed return form must be included with your paddle.
